本発明は回転電機における冷却フアンの改良さ

すように金属板を外周から切込んで折り曲げ羽根

風を送る軸流フアンとしての働きを、または遠心
方向に風を送る遠心フアンとしての働きをさせる
ことができるが、両方向の働きを持たせる斜流フ
アンにすると充分な風量が得られなかつた。また
冷却フアン用金属板の寸法が決まると羽根の大き
さはほとんど決まつてしまい、冷却フアン用金属
板の寸法が小さくなると風量は小さくなり小型高
出力の発電機においては充分な風量が得られず温
度上昇の点で満足するものが得られなかつた。 2. るように該外径部の内径側へ向けて折り曲げられ
た複数の第2の羽根を有し、回転電機のロータの
軸方向端面に該板状体の端面部が同心状に取り付
けられることを特徴とする回転電機の冷却フアン

ように冷却風を取入れ整流装置11を冷却したの
ち第1の羽根84および第2の羽根85によりそ
れぞれ軸方向および遠心方向に向かい、軸方向の
風はロータコイルを主として冷却し、遠心方向の
風は主として固定子コイルを冷却しエンドフレー
