円筒状の多孔質材料からなる濾過エレメントを延
設した濾過器において、 上記ケース端に同軸をなして取り付けた油圧シ
リンダと、この油圧シリンダのピストンロツド端
に上記濾過エレメントに摺動自在に内嵌するよう
に取り付けられ、外周に両側をシールリングでシ
ールされた環状溝を有し、軸方向に貫通する連通
穴を有する逆洗ピストンと、上記油圧シリンダの
作動室と空気圧源との間に介設した切換弁と、上
記油圧シリンダの排出室に接続され、上記切換弁
と連動するスラツジ排出弁と、上記逆洗ピストン
の環状溝からピストンロツド内を経て上記排出室
に連通するように穿設されたスラツジ排出通路と
