路、電圧制御位相偏移回路の出力を第2の入力と
し第1の入力と第2の入力の位相差を出力する位
相比較器の出力信号から搬送周波数成分を除去す
るローパスフイルタ、超音波受信子近傍の吸入空
気通路内圧力に応動して出力する圧力センサ、圧
力センサの出力信号とローパスフイルタの出力信
号との差動和を整形して出力する第2の波形整形
