0が発火するという欠点があつた。 However, in the conventional fuse element 1, a resistance wire 8 having a high resistance and a high melting point is wound around an inner cylinder 5 in parallel with the fuse element 1, as shown in FIG. Due to the large difference in the resistance values of the wires 8, no current flows through the resistance wire 8 during regular use, and current flows through the resistance wire 8 only when the fuse element 1 blows out, and the resulting heat from the wire causes the resistance wire to fuse element 1 by fusing 8 and creating a burn mark on thermal paper (name plate) 9 wrapped around resistance wire 8, and visually observing this through a transparent outer cylinder 10 that covers the outside of thermal paper 9. It has a structure that allows you to confirm that it has fused. Therefore, in very rare cases, if a blown wire fuse of fuse element 1 is used for some reason, for example, when a consumer replaces a meter, the service wire may be short-circuited by mistake and the fuse may be damaged. If the fuse element 1 is melted or accidentally cut during the manufacturing process and is shipped and used as a product, the resistance wire 8 may melt if the customer's load is about 4 to 6 A. During this time, the temperature of the surrounding members increases because the resistance wire 8 has a high melting point, and the resistance wire 8
The surrounding members, for example, the inner cylinder 5 and the outer cylinder 1, are

That is, in the present invention, a low-melting alloy 14 that melts at a temperature far lower than the ignition temperature of the surrounding members of the fuse element 1, such as the inner cylinder 5 and the outer cylinder 10, is placed in the middle of the resistance wire 8 as shown in FIG. The resistance wire 8 is connected in parallel with the fuse element 1 by inserting the resistance wire 8, winding it spirally around the outer circumference of the inner cylinder 5 as shown in FIG. 3, and connecting both ends of the resistance wire 8 to the connection pins 7, respectively. .

4を採用することが必要である。 Since the electric wire fuse of the present invention is constructed as described above, even if this fuse element 1 is fused and installed in a consumer of about 4 to 6 A, the low melting alloy 14 will be damaged by a small amount of fuse heat. Since the resistance wire 8 is fused, there is no risk that the surrounding members of the resistance wire 8 will catch fire. Furthermore, if the melting point of the low-melting alloy 14 is too low, the heat generated in the resistance wire 8 will be small and will not leave a burn mark on the thermal paper 9. Therefore, taking this into consideration, the surrounding members of the resistance wire 8 should be Low-melting alloy with a low melting point that does not catch fire 1
It is necessary to adopt 4.
