(Prior art) In general, a bag made of plastic sheet is placed in a cardboard case, wooden box, etc. with a rectangular opening (hereinafter simply referred to as a cardboard case, etc.), the bag is hung, and then the article is inserted into the bag and wrapped. are doing. Conventionally, bag hanging has been carried out manually by workers, which has led to the problem of poor work efficiency. Further, as a device for hanging an inner bag having a circular opening onto a circular outer container, there is a device described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 128823/1983. This device is supported by link mechanisms 24, 25, and 26 when inserting a housing 7 made of wire rod 15 into an inner bag 9B and storing the inner bag 9B together with the housing 7 in an outer container 9A. The opening of the inner bag 9B is expanded by the expansion rod 27, and the expansion rod 27 is moved downward to bend the upper part of the inner bag 9B. In this device, when the expansion rod 27 moves downward, the expansion rod 27
7 is pressed against the inner bag 9B, the inner bag 9B inside the outer container 9A is pulled and pulled out. As a result, the outer container 9A
(Especially when the outer container 9A is new) The inner bag 9B is pressed against the opening edge and the inner bag 9B is damaged or torn. Furthermore, since the expansion rod 27 and the inner bag 9B move relative to each other, the lower end of the expansion rod 27 and the inner surface of the inner bag 9B rub against each other, and the inner bag 9B
There was a problem in that not only the inner bag 9B would be damaged, but also the inner bag 9B would be torn if it was made of a thin film.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks. The present invention has been developed in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks. a pair of chucks each attached to the vacuum members so as to engage with the front faces of the pair of vacuum members to sandwich the upper part of the bag between the front faces of the pair of vacuum members; A core bar is inserted into an opened bag and inserted into a rectangular cardboard case or the like together with the bag, and the top of the bag is held between the front side of the vacuum member and the front side by a chuck,
The bag is inserted into a cardboard case, etc. with the vacuum member and the chuck separated outwardly so that the top of the bag is located outside the width of one side of the opening of the cardboard case, etc., and the core metal inserted into the bag. After that, the vacuum member and the chuck are moved downward.

First, in the first step shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b, the upper outer periphery of the manufactured bag E is sucked by the vacuum members 1 and 1', and when the upper part of the bag E is opened, the fluid cylinder 9, 9' are actuated to retract the piston rods 10, 10' from the projected state, and the other ends of the chucks 6, 6' are positioned upward. At this time, the vacuum members 1, 1' are evacuated to open the bag E, and the upper part of the bag E is suctioned by the suction holes 2, 2'. Thereafter, when the vacuum members 1, 1' are slightly moved in directions A, A' away from each other, the fluid cylinders 9, 9' are actuated to cause their piston rods 10, 10' to protrude. At this time, the chucks 6, 6' rotate and the other ends grip the top of the bag E in cooperation with the vacuum members 1, 1'. Thereafter, the vacuum members 1 and 1' are further moved in directions A and A' to separate them from each other to completely open the upper part of the bag E into a square shape. That is, the vacuum members 1, 1' and the chucks 6, 6' are separated outwardly so that the top of the bag is located outside the width of one side of the opening of the cardboard case 14, etc. Next, in the second step shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b, the bag E is placed on the core bar 1.
3 so that the core metal 13 is inserted into the bag E. Next, Figures 5a and 5b
In the third step shown in the figure, the bag E into which the core metal 13 has been inserted is placed in a rectangular cardboard case, etc.
4, vacuum members 1, 1' and chuck 6,
6' is positioned above bag E. Next, 6th a,
In the fourth step shown in Figure 6b, the vacuum member 1,
1' and the chucks 6, 6' downward, the chucks 6, 6' are positioned on the outer side of the cardboard case, etc. 14, and the bag E is folded over the top of the cardboard case, etc. 14. Next, in the fifth step shown in FIG. 7, the core bar 13 is taken out from the bag E. Next, after stopping the suction of air by the vacuum members 1, 1', the fluid cylinders 9, 9' are activated to retract the piston rods 10, 10' and position the other ends of the chucks 6, 6' upward. As a result, the upper part of the bag E is released from the grip between the chucks 6, 6' and the vacuum members 1, 1'. Then, after moving the vacuum members 1, 1' and the chucks 6, 6' upward, the vacuum members 1, 1' are brought closer together to the state shown in FIG. 3a.

In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, a case was explained in which the bag E is moved in the direction of the core metal 13 in the second step and the core metal 13 is inserted into the bag E.
In the present invention, on the contrary, the core metal 13 may be moved in the direction of the bag E and the core metal 13 may be inserted into the bag E, or the bag E and the core metal 13 may be moved simultaneously and the core metal 13 is inserted into the bag E. 13 may be inserted.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, the work of hanging bags on cardboard cases etc. can be carried out by mechanical operation rather than by the manual labor of the worker, resulting in extremely high work efficiency. Good. In addition, even when the chuck is moved downward, there is no relative movement between the chuck and the bag, so the bag can be folded over the top of a cardboard case, etc., without damaging or tearing the bag. Can be done.
