との間に接続し、さらに前記積分回路の入力側に
第2のスイツチング素子を接続し、この第2のス
イツチング素子の制御電極に前記検出回路の出力
を供給をするとともに、前記積分回路の出力を前
記コンパレータに供給するようにしたことを特徴
