Claims (1)
- 太陽光を受光して電気エネルギを発生する太陽
電池と、この太陽電池の出力端に接続されこの太
陽電池が発生した電気エネルギを充電する蓄電池
と、この蓄電池が過充電状態に達すると前記太陽
電池の出力をバイパスする過充電防止装置とを備
えた太陽電池装置において、前記過充電防止装置
が前記太陽電池と一体とされていることを特徴と
する太陽電池装置。
