Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガラス板の一方の面に銀膜を設けた鏡を上
記銀膜面と対向した保持部材で支持するものにお
いて、上記銀膜を覆つて防湿膜を設けたことを特
徴とするミラー装置。 (2) 防湿膜はガラス板の端面と銀膜とを覆つて
いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載のミラー装置。 (3) 防湿膜をシリコンゴムで構成したことを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２
項記載のミラー装置。 (4) 防湿膜を有機高分子材で構成したことを特
