ミド系合成繊維のウーリ加工糸やトルク加工糸等が用い
られて、それぞれ特徴が活かされたストッキングが得ら
れている。その中でも、ウーリー加工糸は安価に製造出
来ること、ストッキングとしてフリーサイズ性に富むこ
と、等で大量に用いられている。しかしながら、ウーリ
加工糸で全てを満足させているものではなく、更に付加
価値としてストッキングのソフト感、透明感、外観の美
しさ、が要求されている。この要求に対して例えば、ウ
ーリー加工糸にソフト感、透明感を与える方法として、
フィラメントデニールを細くして、トータルデニールを
小さくする方法が用いられるが、ソフト感、透明感は向
、ヒするが、着用時の耐久性に問題を生じる欠陥がある
。父、フィラメントのデニールを細くして、トータルデ
ニールを一定とする方法(フィラメント本数が多くなる
)も用いられているが、ソフト感は向上するが、フィツ
ト性、透明感は、減少する。逆に透明感を高める為にト
ータルデニールを一定として、フィラメント本数を少な
く(フィラメントデニールが太くなる)する方法も用い
られているが、透明感は向上するが、ソフト感に欠ける
等ソフト感と透明感は相反する傾向にあり、ストッキン
グとして、満足させるものはなかった。

る事を見い出し、本発明に到達したものである。

工糸は、コース斑、光沢斑、解繊斑がなく、ストッキン
グとして外観の美しいものが得られる。父、おどろくべ
き事に、本発明の仮撚加工糸によると、ストッキングが
ソフトで透明感の高いものが得られる。仮撚加工に供給
する原糸のフィラメント偏平度が1.3未満では仮撚加
工後のフィラメント断面に於ける鈍角化がなくストッキ
ングの外観、ソフト感、透明感の向上はない。一方2−
5を越えると紡糸性、仮撚加工性が低下すると共に仮撚
加工で斑を生じ易く、有用ではない。更に望ましいフィ
ラメントの偏平度は、1.5〜λOである。フィラメン
トの偏平形状には色々な形状がある。例えば、第3図に
示すように十字形状、三角形状、楕円形状、ドッグホー
ン形状等があるが、どの形状でも効果がある。最も効果
の発揮されるものは、楕円形状とドッグホーン形状であ
る。

、2dより細くなると、ストッキングの着用上ピリング
の発生や、耐久性に問題を生じる。5を越えるとソフト
感の効果が発揮されず、ストッキングは粗剛となる。

摩擦仮撚機で撚数7200 T/M、ヒータ一温度21

工糸を得た。又比較用として、通常の丸断面形状フィラ
メントを同方法で紡糸、仮り加工を行った。この仮撚加
工糸を撚方向S12交互に4本配置して32ゲージの4
0編ストッキング機でストッキングを編成し、染色、仕
上げを行い製品とした。この製品を官能値によってスト
ッキング特性を調査した。その結果を第1表に示す。

行った。この仮撚加工糸を撚方向SSZ交互に4本配置
して32ゲージの40編ストッキング機でストッキング
を編成し、染色、仕上げを行い製品とした。この製品を
、官能値でストッキング特性を調査した。その結果を第
1表に示す。

りストッキングの外観が悪いものとなった。
