容器体口頚部に装着させた基筒部下端の前部から
、容器体内に開口する筒部１７を起立させて該筒
部の上部内への弾性弁体１８嵌合により外気吸入
弁１９を形成させ、プランジヤ７後退時に弾性弁
体１８を押圧して外気吸入弁１９を開放する押圧
子２０を、プランジヤ７前部から後方へ突出させ
