Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit to fix a thermocouple to the main body of a burner very simply and improve the working efficiency of the title device by a method wherein the thermocouple is fixed from the up-and-down direction of a penetrating hole by a flange, provided on the thermocouple, and a spring, movable into circumferential direction regulated by the thermocouple. CONSTITUTION:A thermocouple 14 is inserted into a penetrating hole 16 and is fixed thereto by a flange 18, provided on the thermocouple 14, at the upper side of the penetrating hole 16 while the same is fixed at the lower side of the same hole 16 by a spring 17 movable into a circumferential direction regulated by the thermocouple 14. According to this constitution, screw threading work may become unnecessary and the thermocouple 14 may be attached by one action of inserting the same into the hole 16 until the same is fixed to the main body 11 of a burner by the spring 17.
