Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform stabilized stacking in a stacker for processed individual sheet papers by adjusting the stacker table height in upward or downward movement linked with the downward or upward movement of a storage table of an adjustment mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A paper sheet 2 from a paper feed mechanism 16 undergoes necessary processing in a paper processing unit 7 and the processed paper sheet 8 is transferred with a paper transfer mechanism 6 to a stacker table 17. The stacker table 17 linked to a required position of farther side of a vertically movable chain 13 goes down by the same amount with the ascent amount of a storage table 11 corresponding to thickness of the fed out paper sheets by means of an adjustment mechanism 14. Thus, since the top level of the processed paper sheet 8 put on the stacker table 11 is kept nearly constant and the inflow angle of the processed paper sheet 8 against the table 17 is nearly constant regardless of the paper length L, stabilized stacking of the processed paper sheet 8 can be continued.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Summary] A stacker table is provided so as to be interlocked with a mechanism that raises the hopper table in accordance with the amount of paper stacked on the hopper table to be fed out, and the stacker table is provided to be linked to a mechanism that raises the hopper table by a distance corresponding to the lifting distance. By lowering the stacker table, the angle at which processed sheets flow into the stacking port is maintained constant, allowing stable stacking.

As the paper 2 is fed out one by one by the roller 4 from the top surface of the paper 2 stacked on the hopper table 3 and the paper 2 decreases, the gap between the roller 4 and the top surface of the paper 2 becomes thicker. Upon detection, the elevating mechanism 5 is driven and controlled to maintain the contact level between the roller 4 and the upper surface of the paper 2.

[Means for solving the problem] As shown in FIG. 1, the paper stacker of the present invention adjusts the vertical height of the hopper table 11 in accordance with the amount of paper 2 stacked on the hopper table 11. The stacker table 17 is connected to the adjustment mechanism 14, and the vertical height of the stacker table 17 is adjusted by the adjustment mechanism 14.

The adjustment mechanism 14 includes, for example, two chain gears 12 and an endless chain 13 meshing with the chain gears 12.
By rotating the chain gear 12 in accordance with the amount of paper 2 fed out on the hopper table 11 attached to a predetermined position 15 of the chain 13, the contact level between the upper surface of the paper 2 and the roller 4 is adjusted. I do.
