Claims (1)
- 複数の導線をらせん状に撚り合わせたケーブル
体にケーブル端子を接続して、該ケーブル体を絶
縁カバーで被覆した低抗溶接用二次ケーブルにお
いて、前記ケーブル端子のケーブル体接続側に、
ケーブル端子と一体構造の筒形ガイドを設け、該
筒形ガイドの胴体両側には、切欠口を設けると共
に、前記筒形ガイドの胴体に嵌入した銅スリーブ
には、前記切欠口に対応する側から強力な加圧を
与えて、前記筒形ガイドの内部に挿入したケーブ
ル体と前記胴体とを圧着し、しかもこの圧縮によ
り銅スリーブの両側に生じた凹所を通水路として
利用できるようにしたことを特徴とする抵抗溶接
用二次ケーブル。
