のであつて、第１図は電気炉の電極昇降装置を示
す概略説明図、第２図はロープ緩み検出器を示す
平面図、第３図はロープ緩み検出器を示す正面図
、第４図は従来例のアーク炉及び電極昇降装置を
示す正面図である。 １は炉、２はスクラツプ、３は電極、４はロー
プ、６はドラム、７は誘導電動機、８はインバー
タ（制御部）、９はＣＴ（計器用変流器）、１０
はＰＴ（計器用変圧器）、２１はロープ緩み検出
器である。

Claims (1)
- 電気炉の電極への供給電力を検出し、この検出
信号に応じて制御部によつて、ロープを用いて電
極の昇降を行う誘導電動機への供給電力を制御す
る電気炉の電極昇降装置において、上記誘導電動
機が常時電極に対し上昇方向の駆動トルクを生じ
させるように設定した上記制御部と、上記ロープ
の緩みを検出し得るロープ緩み検出器とを設けた
ことを特徴とする電気炉の電極昇降装置。
