Claims (1)
で往復動可能とされた流体圧アクチユエータにお
いて、前記流体圧作用室には前記変位体の一方の
移動限と他方の移動限との中間位置に作動流体の
排出ポートが開口されており、該排出ポートは前
記変位体で略閉塞可能とされているとともに該排
出ポートに連通される作動流体の流路には弁手段
が配設されることを特徴とする流体圧アクチユエ
ータ。 (2) 弁手段は作動流体の流れを停止することが
できる弁である実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)記載
の流体圧アクチユエータ。 (3) 弁手段は作動流体の流れの面積を減小させ
る絞りである実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)記載の
流体圧アクチユエータ。 (4) 流体圧作用室がシリンダチユーブの内方に
形成され、変位体がピストンである実用新案登録
請求の範囲(1)乃至(3)のいずれかに記載の流体圧
アクチユエータ。 (5) 変位体が軸に固着されて往復回動可能とさ
