ころがかゝるモータの量産工程ではまだユーザー
がはつきりせず直流用か交流用か定まつていない
場合がある。そこでモータは可能な限り完成に近
い状態まで製造しておき、ユーザーにより直流か
交流か指定され次第、直ちにそれに必要な若干の
加工を施して出荷するようにすると、量産維持、
納期短縮、コスト低減などの面で利点が大きい。

きる小型整流子モータを提供するものである。次
に実施例を参照しながらこれを詳細に説明する。

る端面には樹脂モールドしてなるエンドブラケツ
ト7が取付けられる。このエンドブラケツトも内
面中央に回転軸4を支持する軸受用球メタル8が
設けられ、またこの中央と周辺との間の外表面に
は整流器10を収容する凹部7aが、更に他方の
周面と中央との間には一対の複数個の貫通孔が設
けられ、これらの孔にジヤツク部を持つ一対の端
子金具9が図示の如く孔周壁を抱持する形で取付
けられる。このエンドブラケツト7側の回転軸4
に整流子11が取付けられ、この整流子と接触す
る一対の刷子12,13が、この端子金具を取付
けたエンドブラケツト7部分に取付けられる。
