Claims (1)
- 金属ケース内にヒーター線を巻き付けた芯材を
設置し、金属ケースと芯材との間に電気絶縁材を
充てんした発熱体において、両端に金属ケース１
の内径と略同一寸法の支持部３２、その内方に支
持部３２より幅狭のヒーター巻き付け部３３を形
成した耐熱絶縁板３１を二枚有し、この二枚の耐
熱絶縁板３１，３１を十文字形に組合せて芯材３
となし、該芯材３のヒーター線巻き付け部３３に
ヒーター線４を巻き付け、金属ケース１内に設け
ることを特徴とする発熱体。
