された上部シート部材と、前記両シート部材間に
介在されたキーレイアウト記入シートと、このキ
ーレイアウト記入シートを囲繞して前記両シート
部材にそれぞれ固着され互いに着脱自在に係合し
て前記キーレイアウト記入シートを前記両シート
部材間に封止する防滴部材とを具備して成ること
