11で盛土をはさみ込んで締め固め、このとき可撓性部
材24は回転ロータ5の進行方向の後方への泥土飛散を
防止し、かっ可撓性部材24は畦叩体11に連結されて
いるので遊離下部30が盛土の凹凸や飛散゛泥土によっ
てめくり上げられることが防止でき、より一層泥土飛散
を防止することができ、盛土効率を一層向上でき、これ
によって畦4を堅く締め付けでき、能率良く堅牢な新た
