基準条件に設定できる静電記録装置に関する。Different materials such as Se-Te and Se-As + OPO have been used9, but even if the photoconductive layer is made of the same photoconductor material, there may be differences in layer thickness, resulting in poor photoconductor characteristics. Photoreceptors with different differences can be replaced and installed, and the control device can control any one or more of the discharge voltage or current for charging and static elimination, the light amount for image exposure and uniform exposure, and the voltage for developing bias. The present invention relates to an electrostatic recording device that can set standard conditions appropriate to the type of photoreceptor mounted on the device.

However, if the type of photoreceptor changes, such as one using amorphous silicon for the photoconductive layer for high-temperature regions, one using Se-based material for other regions, or one using OPC, It was impossible to correct this.

Since most of the configurations except the photoreceptor are common, the productivity of the electrostatic recording device is significantly increased, and manufacturing costs can be significantly reduced. However, even then, when replacing a different type of photoreceptor, there is the hassle of having to individually adjust the discharge voltage and current for charging and static elimination, the image exposure and uniform exposure views, the developing bias voltage, etc. be.

The charging ability and the sensitivity determined from changes in the exposure amount and the surface potential of the photoreceptor 1 are different, and the temperature characteristics and deterioration characteristics are different depending on the material of the photoconductive layer, as shown in Figures 4 and 5. For photoconductors A and B, which have different values, or for example photoconductor B, whose surface potential changes depending on the operating temperature and degree of use even if the moxibustion conditions of the corona discharger 2 are constant, It can be exchanged for a different kind of thing, which can include different degrees of When the photoreceptor 1 is replaced, the type of photoreceptor 1 installed is specified using the operation section shown in FIG. As a result, the type information of the photoreceptor 1 is input to the central processing unit CPU, and the CPU determines the optimal discharge of the corona discharger 2 for the various photoreceptors mounted based on the information from the operation unit. Data about the mounted photoreceptor l is read from a memory that stores data such as conditions and light emission conditions of the image exposure lamp 5, and based on the data, the high voltage generator 14 is controlled via the digital-to-analog converter D/A I. so that the discharge voltage or current of the corona discharger 2 becomes a predetermined value, and the photocoupler 15 + triax 16 . Diac 1
The light emitting circuit including 7 and the like is controlled so that the amount of light emitted from the image exposure lamp 5 becomes a predetermined value. As a result, optimal charging and image exposure are performed on the mounted photoreceptor 1.

Further, the discharge conditions of the corona discharger 2, the light emission conditions of the image exposure lamp 5, etc. set by the CPU based on data from the memory are standard conditions that faithfully reproduce the original image density, etc. When changing the conditions according to preference, the standard conditions are changed by conventionally known means.
