先端に螺着してスリーブを固定する第１のナツト
と、第１のナツトを螺着した回転軸の先端に螺合
するとともに、第１のナツトの内側に螺刻された
ねじ部に螺合し、かつ第１のナツトとの間に任意
の空隙を保持する第２のナツトを具備したスリー
