【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、都市ガス導管などの流体輸送導管に
密封状態に固定支持可能な開閉シヤツター付サド
ルに対して密封状態で固定連結可能なボツクスを
連設し、前記サドル及びボツクスを前記導管に固
定連結した状態において、前記シヤツターにより
開閉される開口を通して、前記導管に穿設された
孔に対する閉子を不断流状態で開閉操作するため
の装置に関する。 導管に穿設した孔に対し、不断流状態(導管に
流体を流動させたままの状態)で閉子を装着、離
脱するに当つて、従来では第4図に示すように前
記シヤツターを開いた直後に穿設孔に仮プラグし
た上、サドルを取外してその代わりに樹脂袋40
を導管Pに密着する状態でバンド41止着し、袋
40の天側ゴム板42から腕をさし入れて仮プラ
グ43を外したのち閉子44を装着し、又、装着
閉子44を離脱して閉子密封度の測定やバイパス
管仮設等の所要の作業を行なう場合にも、袋40
をバンド41止着し、ゴム板42から腕をさし入
れて閉子44を仮プラグ43と交換し、袋40を
外したのちサドルを取付けていた。しかし、この
場合、仮プラグ、サドルの取外し、袋のセツトバ
ンド締め、袋の取外し等々、手間が大変である上
に、仮プラグ、閉子を片手で操作しなければなら
ないので作業性が著しく悪く、又、袋の破孔等に
よる漏洩の可能性もあつた。 本考案が解決しようとする技術的課題は、穿孔
時に使用したシヤツター付サドルを導管に取付け
たまま利用し、導管に穿孔された孔に閉子を着脱
する操作を、不断流状態で迅速、確実かつ容易に
なしうるとともに、不断流状態で実行される関連
作業を安全かつ効率良く行うことがらできるよう
にすることである。 上記技術的課題を解決するために講じた技術的
手段は、 閉子はその外周面に、穿設孔にタツプ立てされ
た雌ねじに螺合可能な雄ねじを有するとともに、
このボツクスに、前記閉子に対して着脱自在で、
かつ、装着した閉子を前記ボツクスに保持された
開位置と前記穿設孔に装着された閉位置との二位
置間に亘つて開口を通して移動操作自在な操作具
を密封状態に装着するとともに、前記操作具は前
記閉子に対して直接接当する内軸と、前記閉子の
雄ねじの一部に螺合する環状体から突設の外筒軸
とを備え、前記外筒軸を前記内軸に相対回転可能
に外套させることである。 上記技術的手段は、次のように作用する。 閉子は外周面に穿設孔の雌ねじと螺合可能な雄
ねじを有し、その雄ねじの1部に螺合する環状体
から突設の外筒軸と、閉子に直接接当し外筒軸に
内嵌された内軸とを備え、開位置と閉位置の二位
置間に亘つて移動操作自在な操作具を、ボツクス
に密封状態に装着してあるから、サドル及びボツ
クスを導管に固定連結した状態において、流体が
外部へ漏洩しない不断流状態を現出することが容
易にでき、この状態において、内軸に接当した閉
子を操作具の外筒軸と一体の環状体に螺合させ、
この状態でボツクスに保持された開位置に移動操
作できる。また上記の状態ですなわち閉子を環状
体に螺合させたまた開口を通し移動操作し閉子が
導管の穿設孔に近接した位置で、内軸を閉子に押
付けつつ外筒軸を前回とは逆方向に回転すること
により閉子を操作具の環状体から取外し、閉子の
みを穿設孔に装着して閉位置を現出することがで
きる。閉子を閉位置から開位置に戻すには上記と
逆の同様な操作をすれば良い。 従つて、本考案は次の効果を奏する。 上記に説明したごとく、流体が外部へ漏洩しな
い不断流状態を容易に現出することができ、この
状態において、閉子を操作具の外筒軸に一体の環
状体に螺合させ、内軸と共に移動操作して開位置
においては閉子をボツクスに保持でき、閉位置に
おいては閉子のみを穿設孔に装着して操作具を閉
子と分離することができるから、閉子を導管の穿
設孔に着脱する作業において、閉位置で、閉子を
穿設孔に確実に装着することがらでき、この位置
以外の途中及び開位置では閉子を操作具に確実に
保持させるから、閉子はボツクスやサドルの中に
落込むおそれはなく、従つて穿設孔の開閉作業に
支障を来すことはなくなつた。また、ボツクスを
サドルに連結したままの状態でこのボツクスを利
用してそれに閉子密封度の測定具やバイパス管を
接続する関連作業も操作具により閉子を離脱しシ
ヤツターを開け閉めするだけで行なうことができ
るに至り、従つて、穿孔時に使用したシヤツター
付サドルをそのまま利用し、導管の穿設孔に閉子
を着脱する操作を不断流状態で迅速、確実かつ容
易になしうるとともに、不断流状態で実行される
関連作業を安全かつ効率良く行うことができるに
至つた。 次に、本考案の実施例を図面に基づいて説明す
ると、は、開閉シヤツター17付きのサドル
8の上端筒部19に対して、この筒部19に嵌着
のシール材20に圧着する状態で嵌合され、かつ
ボルト21……を介してサドル18に固定された
ボツクスで、このボツクスは上板部に立上げ筒

筒部3内方において上板部下面にシール材4を嵌

で、その外周に導管Pの穿設孔P1の内周雌ねじ2
2に対するテーパー雄ねじ6を形成している。

軸8外周に形成のねじとの咬合により密封するナ
ツト15が付設されている。 16はボツクスの側面に付設された開閉バル
ブで、これに閉子5の密封度測定具やバイパス管

段により遮断用バツグ32,32を入れて導管P
を遮断し、導管部分P′を切断撤去したあと新管を

あとを閉塞処理したのちにおいて、操作具を操
作して閉子5を穿設孔P1にプラグする。この操作
