は従来のフラツト・リードの予備半田付けを示す
要部概念図である。 図中、１はフラツト・リード部品（ＩＣなど）
、予備半田付けされたリード表面の半田、４は半
田槽、５は固定ネジ、６は架台板、７はテーパ状
溝部、８は開口部、９は半田流通穴である。なお
、各図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 部品のフラツト・リードが各個に挿入できるテ
ーパ状の溝部を有し、かつ前記フラツト・リード
先端を下から支持するように開口部を設けた架台
板を半田槽内に浸漬させて予備半田槽を構成し、
前記フラツト・リードを前記架台板の溝設部分に
嵌合するより前記半田槽内の溶融半田に浸漬させ
、引上げることによつて半田付けがなされ、かつ
半田槽内の前記架台板の位置が溶融半田量の多少
に従い、上下に調節できるようにしたことを特徴
とするフラツト・リード予備半田付け装置。
