スコネクタとを組合せて成る水中光ウエツトコネ
クタにおいて、オス・メスいずれか一方のコネク
タ本体に、一端がそのコネクタの伝送光入・出射
面近傍に開放するガス噴射孔と、その孔の他端に
連通する圧縮ガスの貯溜室と、作動入力部が本体
の前方に突出した上記ガス噴射孔の開閉用弁体及
びこの弁体を閉弁方向に付製するスプリングを具
備し、コネクタ結合時に相手側コネクタ本体に押
される上記作動入力部の変位運動が閉弁位置にあ
る弁体を開弁位置→閉弁位置の順に変位させる弁
機構とを設けたことを特徴とする水中光ウエツト
