This type of direct-loading product unloading device, which sells various beverage products such as milk and soft drinks, is the 5th.
2. Description of the Related Art Devices as shown in FIGS. That is, in the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a product storage shelf with an open bottom surface, and products 2 are stored in this shelf in two rows on the left and right in a direct stacking manner. On the other hand, a vertical rotary drive shaft 4 connected to a bend motor 3 at the top is arranged in the center of the product storage shelf 1, and a t3 movement opening 2 is placed on both sides of the lowest part of the shelf with this drive shaft 4 in between. A product unloading flapper 5 is provided. This product delivery flapper 5 is supported in a horizontal position from below by a control cam 6 in the form of a half-moon-shaped plate provided on the drive shaft 4 in a sales standby state, and the product 2 is placed and held thereon. When the support is released by rotating the control cam 6, the flapper 5 swings downward about the swing shaft and is opened. Further, above the product carrying-out flapper 5, a swing-type product holding flapper 8 whose swing is controlled by a control cam 7 on a drive shaft is installed on the side corresponding to the second product position from the lowest position. It is. Also, the control cams 6 and 7
and are mounted on the shaft with a phase angle of 90 degrees between them. Note that 9 is a partition wall that partitions the left and right product storage columns, and 10 is a product delivery chute that is disposed below the product storage shelf l and connects the product take-out port. Next, a description will be given of the product unloading operation with the above configuration. FIG. 5 shows the sales standby state, and as shown in the figure, the left and right product carry-out flappers 5 are held in a horizontal position by the control cam 6, supporting and supporting all the products stored in the shelf. In this state, the product holding flapper 8 is not restrained by the control cam 7 and is in a hanging position. When a sales command is given from this sales standby state, the hend motor 3 starts and rotates the drive shaft 4. During this process, when the drive shaft 4 rotates 90 degrees from the standby position, the left row side Product holding flapper 8
is pushed by the control cam 7 and protrudes toward the product aisle, and the second product from the bottom is pressed from the side against the side wall of the shelf 1, and the product is sandwiched between the shelf side wall and the control cam 7. 2 is held in its storage position. On the other hand, in synchronization with this holding operation, the product carry-out flapper 5 on the left row side is disengaged from the control cam 6 and swings downward to open the product passage. As a result, only the lowest-order products on the left row side fall freely as shown by arrow P and are carried out onto the shaker 10 located below the shelf. Note that in this state, the higher ranking products including the second from the lowest product are held within the shelf by the product holding flapper 8. When the rotation of the drive shaft 4 further advances by 90 degrees from this state, the product carrying flapper 5, which has been in the open state, is pushed up by the control cam 6 and returns to the horizontal position again (and at the same time, the product holding flapper 8 is released from the control cam 7 and returns to its free state. As a result, the product that has been supported by the product holding flapper 8 falls down the shelf aisle and lands on the product delivery flapper 5 and is supported. At the same time, the hend motor 3 stops and returns to the sales standby state shown in Fig. 5. If a sales command is given again here, the lowest order product will be carried out from the right row side. In the conventional device described above, the length dimension β of the product carry-out flapper 5 is selected to be relatively small, as shown in FIG. When selling products in large paper bags, the product 2 is temporarily held with a part of it protruding from the tip of the product delivery flapper 5. Therefore, it remains in this sales standby state for a long time. If left unattended, the tip of the product 2 that protrudes from the product carry-out flapper 5 may be bent and deformed due to the stacking weight. On the other hand, such unreasonable deformation of the product stored on the shelf while waiting for sales. As a means to prevent this, as shown in Fig.
A structure in which the width is set to 0 or more so that the entire width of the product 2 can be covered and supported has also been attempted. However, if the length dimension of the product carry-out flapper 5 is set to be large as described above, the following new problems arise in the process of product carry-out operation. That is, in FIG. 9 which shows the product unloading operation state in FIG. 8, if the head H1 of the product fall space between the product storage shelf 1 and the chute 10 is set to be approximately equal to the longitudinal dimension of the flapper 5, then In the process of the flapper 5 returning to the horizontal position after carrying out the product 2, the tip of the product carry-out flapper 5 hits the side of the product 2 that was carried out first to the chute 10, and the product carrying-out flapper 5 locks in that position and the product is removed. Otherwise, there is a risk that the flapper 5 will compress and crush the product 2 containing the Gio puncture. Therefore, in order to avoid such interference between the goods being carried out and the carrying out flapper 5, it is necessary to set the head difference +12 between the chute 10 and the shelf 1 to be large, as shown by the solid line in the preliminary diagram. However, on the other hand, if the height H2 between the product storage shelf 1 and the chute 10 is increased, the height dimension of the product storage shelf in the limited space inside the refrigerator will be restricted accordingly, and the number of products stored will be reduced accordingly. In addition, when the transported product lands on the chute 10, the impact becomes large and the product container is deformed. This may lead to damage or foaming of the beverage inside.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a product carrying-out flapper of a swing-opening type for a bottom-open product storage shelf, which is disposed at the lowest position in the shelf to place and hold a row of products while waiting for sales. Two sets of oscillating product holding flappers placed opposite to the product located second from the bottom, and a control cam driven by a bend motor that controls the oscillation of each flapper in accordance with sales operations. The unloading mechanism is installed on both the left and right sides of the stored items, and each
The ejecting mechanism is constructed by synchronously connecting each other, and when the product is on standby for sale, the product stored in the shelf is supported by product ejecting flappers from both the left and right sides, and the product holding flapper is tilted in response to a sales command to remove the second product from the bottom. At that position, the product is held between the product holding flappers, and on the other hand, the product carrying out flapper is opened downward to allow the lowest product to fall and be carried out.

Control cam 60.70. and a second carrying out mechanism consisting of a combination of a product holding flapper 80, and a chain 13 between the sprockets 11 and 12 attached to the upper ends of the drive shafts 4 and 40. Conductively connected. As a result, when the bend motor 3 is started, the first and second unloading mechanisms described above are driven and operated in synchronization. In addition to the chain 13 described above, a gear connection mechanism may be used as the connection mechanism. Next, a description will be given of the product carrying-out operation with the above configuration. First, in the sales standby state shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the products 2 stored in the shelf are supported by being carried on two sets of product carry-out flappers 5 and 50, which are held in a horizontal position and protrude on both the left and right sides. It is being When an order to sell the product is given from the second sales standby state,
The bend motor 3 is started to drive and operate the first and second unloading mechanisms synchronously. As a result, the drive shafts 4, 40 are approximately 90
When the product is rotated once, the product holding flappers 8 and 80 are simultaneously pushed by the control cams 7 and 70 and protrude toward the aisle in the shelf, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and the second product from the lowest Hold it from both the left and right sides. Further, at the same timing, the restraint by the control cam 6.degree. 60 is released, and the product carry-out flapper 5.degree. 50 is tilted downward and opened. As a result, the lowest-ranked product falls toward the chute 10 in the direction of arrow P and is carried out. At this point, the operation is temporarily stopped, and then the bend motor 3 is reversed to rotate the drive shaft 4.degree. 40 in reverse. When this reversing operation progresses by 90 degrees, the product holding flapper 8.80 moves back in the opposite direction to the above operation, and at the same time, the product carrying out flapper 5.50 returns to the horizontal position. As a result, the stored products, including the products that were previously held between the product holding flappers 8 and 80, fall within the shelf and are removed by the product carrying out flapper 5.
.. 50 and is held there, returning to the sales standby state shown in FIG. Moreover, in the sales standby state shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the product 2 is supported by the product carry-out flappers 5 and 50 from both its left and right sides, and the tip of the product 2 may protrude from the product carry-out flappers as shown in FIG. There is no risk of the product being deformed even if it is held for a long time, and since the product delivery flapper is divided into two parts, 5 and 50, its length l can be short.
Therefore, even if the unloading head H between the chute 0 and the chute 0 is set to a small value, interference between the unloaded product 2 and the flapper 5.50 can be prevented, and the height of the product storage shelf 1 can be increased accordingly. This means that the number of storage spaces can be increased.

As described above, according to the present invention, for an open-bottom product storage shelf, there is a swing-open product carry-out flapper that is disposed at the bottom of the shelf and holds a row of products while waiting for sales. Two sets of unloading equipment consisting of a swinging product holding flapper placed opposite to the product located second from the bottom, and a control cam driven by a bend motor that controls the swinging of each flapper in accordance with sales operations. Mechanisms are placed on both the left and right sides of the stored product, and the unloading mechanisms of each set are synchronously connected to each other, and when the product is on standby, it is supported by two sets of product unloading flappers from both the left and right sides. By tilting the holding flapper, the second product from the bottom is held between the product handle and the holding flapper, and at the same time, the product carrying out flapper is opened downward and the product from the bottom is held. By being configured to be carried out by falling, large products can be stably held within the shelf without fear of deformation when waiting for sales, and since the product carrying flapper has a two-piece structure, its length can be reduced. This provides advantages such as the ability to increase the number of products stored in the shelf by setting a small product carry-out height between the product storage shelf and the chute.
