Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to raise the level of a floor surface, by a method wherein a floor heating panel is disposed between plural joists being placed in parallel, flange piece is placed on the upper surface of the joist for securing, and a pipe for the passage of a heating medium is fitted in the containing groove of each floor heating panel for mounting. CONSTITUTION:A floor heating panel A is disposed between adjoining joists 3, a heat insulating materials 2 and a containing groove 6 are fitted in between joists 3, flange pieces 4 on both sides of a metallic sheet 1 are placed on the adjoining joists 3, and the joist 3 is secured by driving a nail or a screw through a hole 7 of the flange piece 4 into the joist 3. A floor is lined, in a manner described above, with a plurality of floor heating panels A along the joist 3, and an adjacent floor between the joists is also similarily lined with said floor heating panels A. Between the floor heating panels A aligned along the joist 3, the adjoining end parts of the metallic sheets 1 are abutted to each other so that the containing grooves 6 are connected with each other at the end parts thereof. A single pipe 5 is fitted in the containing grooves 6 formed in the metallic sheet 1 of each floor heating panel A as the pipe is formed in a mandering shape. This constitution prevents the pipe from protrusion from the joist, and eliminates the rise in level of a floor.

Next, the pipe 5 for passing the heat medium is connected to the floor heating panel 8 attached in this way, and the pipe 5 is held by the floor heating panel A.
It is best to use a plastic vibrator with T flexibility. Of course, this does not mean to preclude the use of metal vibrators. In the piping of the nine pipes 5, one pipe 5 is made into a meandering shape and inserted into the storage groove 6 provided in the metal plate 1 of each floor heating panel A. It can be done. By circulating the heat medium through the single pipe 5 in this way, there is no need for joints as in the case of connecting existing pipes, and there is no risk of liquid leakage from the joint. ``I can do it.

Furthermore, the pipe 5 of the outgoing route 5a through which the high temperature heat medium with the highest temperature passes and the pipe 5 of the return route 5b where the low temperature heat medium with the lowest temperature passes are connected to the floor heating panel A between the same joists 3. At the same time, the pipe 5 of the outgoing route 5a, which is the part through which the second highest temperature high-temperature heating medium passes,
and the return path 5 where the low-temperature heating medium with the second lowest temperature passes through.
The pipe 5 of b is attached to the floor heating panel A between the same joists 3 of the pond, and the pipe 5 of the outgoing route 5a and the part where the high temperature heat medium passes in the same order and the low heat medium pass in the same way. Part return path 5 The pipe 5 of b is the same joist 3
Pipe 5 so that it can be attached to the floor heating panel 8 between
This is a meandering bend. By arranging the pipe 5 in such a meandering shape, between the joists 3 located at the ends, heat is received from the heat medium having the highest temperature and the lowest temperature by the outward path 5a and return path 5b of the pipe 5. , between the next joists 3, heat is received from the heat medium having the second highest temperature and the second lowest temperature by the outgoing path 5a and the incoming path 5b of the pipe 5, and in the same manner, heat is received from the heat medium of the second highest temperature and the second lowest temperature.
11j, the outgoing path 5a and the incoming path 5IJ and t of the pipe 5
As a result, heat is received from the high-temperature heat medium and the low-temperature heat medium in the same order. Therefore, it is possible to equalize the amount of heat received from the heating medium of the pipe 5 in each floor heating panel A, and it is possible to equalize the distribution of temperature in the room I11 in the floor heating system. .

In addition, when the pipe 5 is bent and meandered as described above, the radius of curvature of the bend is small because the distance between the outward paths 5a and the backward paths 5b of adjacent pipes 5 via the joist 3 is narrow. In this case, there arises a disadvantage that the bending stress acts largely on the bent portion.

Therefore, in this bent portion, it is preferable to form a detour portion 12 in order to increase the radius of curvature of the bend. By forming the detour part 12 in this way and forming a large bending radius of curvature, it is possible to reduce the bending stress of the pipe 5, and also to
This means that the detour portion 12 can absorb the large thermal expansion of the pipe 5 caused by the passage of the nearby heating medium.

The pipe 5 is formed into a meandering shape by bending the end portion 1iff of the joist 3 (near the wall of the room), but at the bending portion of the pipe 5, the flange piece 4 is inserted as shown in FIG. 4(b). A floor heating panel B is used, which is formed by pasting a heat insulating material 2 on the lower surface of a metal plate 1, which has four parts 13 that are concavely bent in the opposite direction. The portion 12 and the bent portion are stored. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5(a), an id protrusion 17 is provided in the recess 13 to guide the bending of the pipe 5, and the id protrusion 17 allows the pipe 5 to bend accurately. Alternatively, the bent portion of the pipe 5 to make it meander may be made to protrude from the floor panel B, and this bent portion may be formed in a notch 14 previously provided at the end of the joist 3. At the bent part where the notch 14 passes, the joist 3

Normally, a notch is provided in the joist 3 to allow the pipe 5 to pass through, but the notch 14 only needs to be provided at the end of the joist 3. The decrease in strength of the joists 3 due to this can be minimized, and the number of man-hours for forming the cutout portions 14 can be minimized. Note that the bent portion of the pipe 5 is formed by this notch 14.
It may be fixed to the joist 3 inside.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the floor heating device according to the present invention provides flange pieces at both side ends of the metal plate, and opens into the upper cover by bending the metal plate downward inwardly from each flange piece. A pair of storage grooves are provided to form a floor heating panel, and a floor heating panel is placed between each of the multiple joists arranged in parallel, and the flange piece is placed and fixed on the top surface of the joist to heat the The pipes that carry the heat medium are installed by fitting them into the storage grooves of each floor heating panel, so the pipes that carry the heat medium can be placed between the joists, so that the pipes protrude upwards beyond the joists. It is possible to hold pipes without worrying that the floor will be raised, and it is possible to form a floor heating panel with two layers of metal plates and heat insulating material. It has a simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost.9 Also, the pipe is made to have a bent part 4r, and the bent part is passed through a notch formed on the upper surface of the end of the joist, and the pipe is connected to the adjacent floor through the joist. The pipes are continuous when the heating panel is open, and the finished flooring material placed on the top surface of the floor heating panel is fixed onto the joists, making it possible to install fewer pipes with the pipes meandering, making it easier to connect joints. It is possible to save the trouble of connecting the pipes with a joist and reduce the risk of liquid leakage at the connection part. Moreover, the cutout part for passing the pipe between adjacent floor heating panels via the joist is not connected to the joist. It is only necessary to provide it at the end of the joist, and there is no risk that the strength of the joist will be significantly reduced. Moreover, the floor heating v according to the present invention
5 The construction force method for the device is to provide flange pieces on both side edges of the metal plate and apply fJ upwards toward the inside of each flange piece.
lfr]-H storage groove is provided to form a floor heating panel, a floor heating panel is placed between each of the multiple joists arranged in parallel, and the flange pieces are placed and fixed on the top of the joists. Then, the pipe for passing the heating medium is bent and meandered and inserted into the storage groove of each floor panel, and the bent part of the pipe is passed through the notch formed on the upper surface of the end of the joist to remove the joist. The pipes are connected between adjacent floor heating panels via the floor heating panel, and then the finished flooring material is placed on the top surface of the floor heating panel and the floor heating panel is fixed on the joists. Piping can be done by fitting the pipes into the storage grooves of the floor heating pipes after installing the heating panel between the joists, and by arranging the pipes along the storage grooves, it is easy to ensure accurate placement. He is very good at laying pipes.
