Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) グラインダの回転軸に螺合固定される円盤状
の固定着脱具と、裏面に円板状の硬質弾性体製
裏当て材が貼着されたリングプレート状スポン
ジ砥石と、上記固定着脱具と協働してスポンジ
砥石を挾持する円盤状の挾持用ナツトとを備
え、 上記固定着脱具は、 a 中央部に円錐台形状に凹陥された凹陥部を
有し、 b 該凹陥部の中心部にグラインダの回転軸に
着脱自在に螺合するボス部が立設されてお
り、 c 該ボス部の外周に切欠き面が形成されてい
るとともに、 d 該ボス部の先端外周に円周上等ピツチで水
平方向に突出する複数個の突出部が突設され
てなり、 上記スポンジ砥石は、上記固定着脱具の凹陥
部と略等しい径の中心孔を有しており、 上記裏当て材は、中心に上記固定着脱具のボ
ス部および突出部が挿通しかつ上記切欠き面で
回り止めされる形状の中心孔を有しており、 上記挾持用ナツトは、 a 上記スポンジ砥石の中心孔に嵌合可能な外
径を有し、b中心に上記固定着脱具のボス部
が挿通する中心孔を有し、 b 中心に上記固定着脱具のボス部が挿通する
中心孔を有し、 c 該中心孔周縁に、上記固定着脱具の突出部
が挿通する切欠き部と、上記突出部が嵌合係
止される係止凹溝とが交互に等ピツチで形成
されてなり、 上記スポンジ砥石をその裏当て材の中心孔に
固定着脱具のボス部および突出部を嵌挿せしめ
て該固定着脱具に当接させ、該スポンジ砥石の
中心孔に上記ナツトをその中心孔および切欠き
部に上記ボス部および突出部を嵌挿せしめて嵌
合した後、上記裏当て材の弾力に抗して該ナツ
トを押圧しながら回転させてナツトの係止凹溝
に上記突出部を係止させることにより、スポン
ジ砥石を固定着脱具にナツトによつて挾圧せし
めてグラインダの回転軸に装着するように構成
したことを特徴とするスポンジ砥石の装着装
置。 (2) ナツト裏面の中心孔周辺が固定着脱具の凹陥
部に対応して円錐台形状に膨出する膨出部に形
