される変成器、互いに逆極性で並列に接続され第

の一端が前記一対の保護用ダイオードと第一の抵
抗素子の接続点に接続され他端が第３の抵抗素子
を介して前記演算増幅器の入力端子に接続されて

および前記演算増幅器の出力端に接続された出力
