部に面接触して設けられ受熱部からの放熱を防止
する断熱部と、この断熱部と前記受熱部との間に

を検知する温度センサと、前記絶縁油配管の外周
に設けられ前記受熱部、前記断熱部を絶縁油配管
に固定する締付けバンドとを備えていることを特
