Claims (1)
パイプ内に内挿された可縮性ホースに充填してい
る液体を温め、これによつてパイプ内の水の凍結
を防止するとともに、水の凍結で発生する氷の体
積膨脹圧力を可縮性ホースで吸収してパイプの破
