[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a method of forming a composite plate used in construction and a ribbed plate made of the material thereof, and mainly uses a ceramic product for the outer surface and a wood material for the inner surface. It relates to building materials used for composite wall surfaces of products.

Hollow asbestos-reinforced extruded cement boards can be mass-produced labor-savingly, are strong and non-combustible, and are extremely excellent as construction materials that can be constructed using dry methods. It had the disadvantage that it was difficult to use in ordinary housing because it could not be treated as work.

Conventional hollow extruded cement boards had a hollow cross-sectional configuration in which multiple parallel ribs joined two flat plates.
The first means of this invention is to form a plate body that is bisected in the plane direction, that is, a plate body having a plurality of parallel ribs integrally attached to one side.

This plate is generally formed using an extrusion cement forming machine using asbestos-reinforced cement as the raw material. Although there is a conventional method of forming a hollow plate and cutting it after hardening, it is also possible to cut it immediately after extrusion when the cement is soft. Another method is to divide the extrusion mold into upper and lower parts in advance. It may be extruded into a single-sided rib shape from the beginning.

The material of the board is not limited to asbestos-reinforced cement board, but also ordinary mortar/concrete board, cement board reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fiber, carbon fiber, steel fiber, etc., large-sized ceramic board, etc. Generally, nailed or wood-based materials are used. It is common to use materials that are difficult to glue with commercial glue. The molding method may also be press molding, casting molding, etc. (although it is not necessarily limited to extrusion molding).

The size of the board is usually 1 to 4 m in length and 0.3 to 1 m in width.
, the thickness of the substrate is 1 to 3 cm, and the height of the rib is 2 to 10 cm.
That's about it. The spacing between the ribs is usually 5 to 30 cm.

Ribs are usually attached to one side, but may be attached to both sides. It is also possible to construct a three-layer composite plate by attaching flat plates to both sides of the plate, and the ribs on one side can also be used for other purposes. Further ribs can be added to the conventional hollow plate body.

The outer surface of the plate usually has a flat configuration, but it may also be textured, striped, or pre-painted or treated to make it waterproof.

Although there is a method of making the cuts in advance by manipulating the extrusion mold, since the cuts are thin, it is common to make the cuts with a circular saw after molding. Especially when the material is hard, it is also possible to form the cuts using a laser cutter. The width of the cut is usually about 0.5 to 5 fl. 0.5
If it is less than n, it is difficult to form a cut and only thin nails can be used, and if it is more than 5111, only thick nails can be used. The depth of the cut is generally 1 to 3 cm, which is about the same as the length of the nail. The tip of the nail may not reach the bottom of the notch, but may be held only by friction with the side, or it may partially pierce the body at the bottom of the hole.

As a means for forming the third composite board, a flat board such as plywood or gypsum board is placed on the upper surface of the rib and joined using nails or screws. The ribs have notches, so if you choose one with an appropriate thickness, you can easily insert nails into the ribs, and the friction with the sides of the notches will keep the nails in place.

It is difficult to directly nail or glue a cement board on site, but if a cut is made on the top surface of the rib as described above, it is possible to attach a flat board by nailing or inserting a screw.

If there are no notches, it will be a hassle to drill holes one by one, and the ribs may chip.

As shown in FIG. 1, a plate body 2 is formed on one side of the body with several parallel ribs 1 of the same height and flat top surface attached integrally to the main body. The upper surface of the rib is curved over the entire length.
Make a cut 3 with a depth of 3 cm. It is convenient to use a circular saw to make the cuts. As shown in FIG. 2, a gypsum board 4 is superimposed on the upper surface of the ribs of the plate constructed in this way, and a composite plate 5 is formed by nailing at the notched portions.

When wiring or piping is installed inside the composite plate 5, a method such as cutting out a part of the rib is possible. If a heat insulating material 6 such as expanded polystyrene or glass fiber is loaded into the hollow part inside the composite plate, the composite plate becomes a heat insulating composite plate. In order to further improve the heat insulation performance, it is also effective to apply aluminum paint to the inner surface of the rib side of the plate body 2 in advance to form a heat radiation layer 7.
