発明が解決しようとする問題点 このような従来の構成では、異常時の発熱を敏感に検知
して動作するべき温度ヒユーズ12が鋼4底とは離れて
設けられであるため、動作が鈍感になり、発熱体の異常
発熱で器体の全てを破壊するという問題があった。また
、別の箇所に温度ヒユーズを設けるようにすると別の取
付金具と取付工程が必要でコスト高の原因になる。内ケ
ース内に取付金具でサーミスタと温度ヒユーズを固定す
ることも考えられるが、両方のリード線は内ケースと外
ケースを貫通する部分で鍋の有無によって感熱g置の上
下動作により擦れて絶縁不良の原因となり、またリード
線を他の部分へ引き回すことによりリード線のもつばね
性により感熱装置が傾き鍋底に密着しないという問題が
あった。このように感熱装置内にサーミスタと温度ヒユ
ーズを入れて組立てるには多くの困難があった。

29の信号を伝えるようになっている。プリント配線基
板27の固定は上端部を取付金具26の切起し部で、中
間部を内ケース31の下端部でかしめて行なっている。

使用が可能になり、また感熱装置の組立ておよび本体へ
の取り付は取り外しが容易になり、天吊生産に適し、サ
ービス性も向上し、コストダウンを図ることもできるな
ど多大の効果が得られる。
