Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to apply a tube reverse inserting process to the inner surface of a pipe line equipped with branch pipes by a method wherein tube lining is performed after the pipe port of each branch pipe annexed to the line is blocked by sealing material by using a processing machine shifted within the pipe line by means of remote handling. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a processing machine 1 and a telecamera 2 are installed in a pipe line (a) so as to be shifted within the pipe by pulling a rope 3 in order to visually confirm the position of the pipe port b1 of a branch pipe by representing the inner surface of the pipe line with the telecamera 2 on a monitor television installed on the ground. Secondly, after the centering of the pipe port b1 and in the state that the processing machine 1 is put in a stand-still, the head 1a of the processing machine is advanced by means of a slide cylinder so as to advance a sealing material 9 in order to block the pipe port b1 by pasting up the sealing material 9 on the pipe port b1. Thirdly, after the pipe port b1 of the pipe line (a) is blocked by the sealing material 9, tube lining is performed onto the inner surface of the pipe line (a) by applying a tube reverse inserting process utilizing hydraulic pressure. Finally, after the tube lining is applied onto the inner surface of the pipe line (a), the pipe port b1 of the branch pipe is open by utilizing the processing machine 11 and the telecamera 12, both of which are shifted within the pipe line.

The lining of the inner surface of the pipe is usually about 80 to 150 m long.
Since it is implemented as a span, in many cases branch pipes are attached at several locations to more than ten locations in the middle of the pipeline. Since the pipe opening of this branch pipe will be blocked by tube lining, it is necessary to open the pipe opening after construction.

However, when tube lining is performed on the inner surface of the conduit by applying the tube reversal insertion method, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, the inner surface of the conduit (a) and the tube (d) lined therewith are separated. The adhesive (C) squeezed out from between the tube (tl) is deposited on the inverted part (d) of the tube (tl),
It has been found that when the branch pipe <b> passes through, it penetrates deeper than the pipe opening (b□), for example to a depth exceeding 20wIR, depending on the Nikkei of the branch pipe, making it difficult to open the pipe opening after the lining process. This centering operation is performed by operating the TV camera (2) so that the center of the mirror (4) shown on the monitor TV matches the center of the tube opening (b□) reflected in the mirror (4). Move the construction machine (1) back and forth, and then move the head (1) in the direction of the central axis rotation, for example, using the swinging machine (5) (see Fig. 5) attached to the construction machine (1). The actuation and rocking rotation can be easily achieved. The situation during this centering operation is shown in FIG.

Then, in this state, perform the operation of cylinder 4-(8),
The elastic pad (7) is advanced, and the sealing material (9) with adhesive (9a) (see Fig. 6) at position a is placed on the upper surface of the elastic pad (7) at the pipe opening (b).
If it is attached to the inner surface of the pipe (a) containing the pipe (□), the pipe opening (b□) can be blocked. This occlusion situation is illustrated in FIG. Sealing material (9) as shown in Figure 2
The pad (7) on which it is placed is deformed due to its elasticity,
This deformability allows the sealing material (9) to be stably and reliably attached to the inner surface of the pipe. A link-shaped material is used as the sealing material (9), and this is applied to pipes including branch pipe openings (b work) using a pipe construction machine such as that described in JP-A No. 57-57991. Path (a) may be affixed to the entire inner circumference.

After closing the branch pipe openings (b□) of the pipe line (a) with the sealing material (9), as shown in Fig. 3, the pipe is inserted using the tube inversion method using fluid pressure. j! 3 (d) Apply tube lining to the inner surface. During this tube lining construction, as the tube (→) is reversed and inserted, the adhesive ([) will accumulate in the forward direction of the reversed section (d work).
The pipe port (b□) of the branch pipe (b) is already sealed with the sealing material (9), so the pipe port (b□) of the adhesive part <1>
Such tube lining can be carried out without intrusion into the interior. Although the top view shows the case where the adhesive (C) is applied to the tube (b) side, it may be applied to the inner surface of the conduit (-) in advance.

In the present invention, as the construction machine a◇ applied to the opening work of the pipe opening (BL), an opening equipped with a centering means using a proximity switch as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-35037, for example, is used. equipment can be used. In this case, for example, a magnetic substance (9b) such as magnet powder is kneaded into the center of the sealing material (9) as shown in Fig. 6, so that the magnetic substance (9b), which is activated by magnetic changes, is sensed. This makes centering operations easy and convenient.
