However, since all of these conventional skin harvesting tools use cutting tools to collect the skin, it is difficult to collect only the epidermis, and even the dermis is often scraped off, although the thickness of the peeled piece can be adjusted. As a result, this type of surgery has the disadvantage of unnecessary damage to various nerves, sweat glands, etc., and it naturally accompanies bleeding, which causes great psychological anxiety and fear to the patient. This has become a problem that cannot be ignored.

Therefore, the inventor of the present invention has conducted extensive research in order to eliminate such conventional drawbacks, and has discovered that by suctioning the skin under reduced pressure, blisters are formed, and only the epidermis can be peeled off from the dermis easily and non-invasively. , completed the invention.

1 is a decompression area forming device body, and its specific shape may be a cylindrical container, a rectangular cylindrical container, a bowl-shaped container, or a cone-shaped device as long as it can form a decompression region when it comes into contact with the skin. It doesn't matter what your body is like. Furthermore, the material of the vessel 1 may be synthetic resin, glass, metal, etc., but it is advantageous to use a transparent body made of acrylic resin because it has good moldability, strength, and allows the formation of blisters to be observed from the outside. It is. In addition, the thickness of the vessel 1 is 3~
4mm is sufficient.

Reference numeral 2 denotes a suction port formed in the vessel 1, which is a part that sucks the epidermis into the vessel 1 when it comes into contact with the skin. Although the shape of the suction port is not limited, a rounded shape such as a circle is preferable in order to prevent damage to the epidermis due to suction. The size of the suction port 2 is appropriately selected depending on the skin sampling area, but it is preferable that the diameter be approximately the same as the height of the vessel body 1 or slightly shorter than this. A circular mouth with a direct diameter of 10 to 40 mm usually gives good results. Note that the suction port 2 is formed in the container body 1.
It is advantageous in terms of suction efficiency to form the suction tube at a portion facing the suction tube connecting means portion, which will be described later, although it does not matter whether the suction tube is formed on the lower surface, side surface, or the like.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a suction tube connecting means formed in the device body 1, which connects the suction tube 5 from the suction device 4 to the device body 1. The specific structure of the suction tube connecting means 3 does not matter as long as it can connect the suction tube 5, but it is convenient to use a tubular protrusion that can be fitted into the suction tube 5.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a branch connector that enables the use of a plurality of epidermal exfoliation tools of the present invention with one suction device 4, and a tubular protrusion 62 for connecting the suction tube on the suction device side is provided at the upper part of the device body 61. In addition, a plurality of tubular protrusions 63 for connecting suction pipes on the skin peeling tool side of the present invention are formed in the lower part thereof.
In addition, a rubber plug 64 is attached to the unused tubular protrusion 63 as appropriate.
Seal it using etc.

As described above, since the present invention is configured, the epidermis exfoliation tool of the present invention is connected to the suction device 4 via the suction tube 5 (or by intervening the branch connector 6), and the suction opening portion is connected to the suction device 4. 2 is brought into contact with the skin collection site, the suction device 4 is activated to reduce the pressure inside the device body 1, and the skin collection site is sucked into the device body 1 through the suction port 2, and eventually the epidermis 7 Serous fluid oozes between the and subpapillary layer 8, a blister 9 is formed, and only the epidermis 7 is peeled off from the skin. After that, the operation of the suction device 4 is stopped, the device body 1 is removed, and only the epidermis 7 can be collected by appropriately cutting it using a cutting tool such as scissors.

In addition, when the device body 1 is brought into contact with the skin sampling site, it is preferable to perform auxiliary fixation using adhesive tape, etc., as appropriate, and the pressure inside the device body 1 during depressurization is 400 to 600 mm.
Hg is preferably about 560 mmHg, and the decompression time is 1

Example of Skin Sampling: Infiltrate the inner thigh with 1% procaine, and after a while, insert the epidermis exfoliation tool of the present invention (shown in the drawing) connected to the suction device into the anesthetized area, avoiding the injection needle mark, and apply the suction port. Attach double-sided adhesive tape to the bottom of the outer edge and make sure they are in close contact. Afterwards, activate the suction device to reduce the internal pressure to 560 mmHg.
After leaving it for about 3 hours, blisters were formed. Therefore, the operation of the suction device was stopped, the device body was removed, the blister was excised with scissors, and a circular epidermis approximately 30 mm in diameter was collected.

Therefore, according to the present invention, only the epidermis can be peeled off from the skin easily and non-invasively, making it extremely easy to harvest only the epidermis, while also causing unnecessary mental stress to the patient. It is something that can be done without giving.

Furthermore, when skin is harvested according to the present invention, there is no damage to the dermal tissue of the subpapillary layer 8 and the reticular layer 10, so the skin harvest site heals extremely quickly and infection is prevented. It uses fewer tools than conventional instruments, and leaves no traces, making it possible to carry out skin harvesting operations extremely advantageously.
