３の内面にフツク掛け杆掛止用のボス８を設け、
該フツク掛け挿通部７に両端方部を挿通させたフ
ツク掛け杆５をその両端の掛止部６をもつて前記
ボス８に掛止させたことを特徴とする自動車用サ
