本考案は、建設機械車輌のキヤブに設けられた
プレツシヤライザ機構の外気取入量調整装置に関

建設機械車輌たとえばホイールローダ等のキヤ
ブに設けられたプレツシヤライザ機構は、キヤブ
の隙間からほこりやごみ等がキヤブ内に侵入する
のを防止するために、温度調節された噴出空気に
より常にキヤブ内の気圧を外気よりも若干高める
ようにしたもので、一般的にキヤブ内に吐出する
空気の1/3は外部の空気を導入し、2/3はキヤブ内
の内
部循環空気である。

操作するレバー15をキヤブ2内に設け、このレ
バー15は、複数段の係止溝17のa,b,cの
一つに選択的に係着し、前記外気取入口3にルー
バー4を設け、前記枠部材5の内側開口の全周縁
に前記調整板7との気密を保持するシール部材1

い位置に設置した第4図に示す操作部としてのレ
バー15に連結する。このレバー15は、長穴1

本考案によれば、プレツシヤライザ機構の外気
取入口の内側周縁部に枠部材を固定し、この枠部
材の内側開口に調整板を開閉自在に設け、この調
整板を開閉操作する操作部をキヤブ内に設けたか
ら、プレツシヤライザ機構の外気取入量をキヤブ
内のオペレータが必要に応じて調整板を開閉操作
して調整することができ、たとえば高温の外気の
取入量を少なくして、プレツシヤライザ機構のク
ーラーの冷却不足を防ぎ、また冷たい外気の取入
量を少なくして、ヒータの暖房不足を防ぐことが
できる。また外気取入口に枠部材を設けて調整板
を取付けるようにしたから、既存の建設機械車輌
にもこの外気取入量調整装置を設けることができ
る。また極めて粉塵濃度の高い現場たとえば5
mg/cm3以上の環境基準をオーバーする粉塵の多い
作業場では、調整板を閉じる方向に調整して外気
取入量を少くすることにより、オペレータを保護
するとともにプレツシヤライザ機構のフイルタの
寿命を延長することができる。場合によつては、
調整板と対向する枠部材の内側開口の全周縁に設
けられたシール部材によつて調整板の閉時に十分
な気密性を保つことができ、前記オペレータ保護
等を完全に行える。また調整板にこの調整板を閉
じる方向に附勢するスプリングとこのスプリング
に抗して調整板を引張るワイヤとを接続し、この
ワイヤを介して前記調整板を開閉操作するレバー
をキヤブ内に設け、このレバーは、複数段の係止
溝の一つに選択的に係着したから、調整板がプレ
ツシヤライザ機構の強力な吸入力に抗し得るとと
もに、前記ワイヤによりキヤブ内の調整板の遠隔
操作が可能であり、また複雑な構造を有する建設
機械車輌においてワイヤによる調整板の開閉操作
方式は取付が容易であつて有効な手段である。さ
らに外気取入口に多数のルーバーを設けたから、
このルーバーにより雨水の侵入を防止できる。
