    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＨＡＰＡフイルタ１を張り渡した天井面に、天
    井裏空間２に向かつて延びる立ち上げボツクス３
    を設置し、この立ち上げボツクス３に排煙口４を
    取付けると共にこの排煙口４に排煙ダクト５を接
    続し、前記の立ち上げボツクス３のボツクス壁に
    ＨＥＰＡフイルタ６を取付けたクリーンルーム用
    排煙口の構造。
