"Prior art and its problems" There are many simple portable arterial heart rate monitors available in the prior art, but all of them use small dry batteries for electrical energy, requiring periodic replacement of the batteries. However, there is a risk that the battery will run out when used in an emergency or for a long period of time, which is not desirable. Furthermore, f%L battery replacement cannot be done without the help of an electrical specialist.

"Means for Solving the Problems" The gist of the present invention is that a thermoelectric conversion power generation element that converts human body heat into electrical energy or a photoelectric conversion power generation element that converts light into electrical energy is used as a drive source. It is an autoarterial pulse meter. Furthermore, the arterial heart rate meter is capable of switching between a thermoelectric or photoelectric conversion power generating element serving as a driving source using a switching member of a switch. This is an autoarterial pulse meter in which a thermoelectric conversion power generation element is attached to the main body in close proximity to a pulse detection sensor.

In FIG. 1, a pulse detection sensor S (sound absorption, vibration absorption microphone, pressure sensor, etc.) detects the pulse of blood passing through a blood vessel in a wrist 1a of a hand 1, for example, and a pulse detection sensor S (sound absorption, vibration absorption microphone, pressure sensor, etc.) that senses the body temperature of the wrist 1a, and detects the body temperature of the wrist 1a. Thermoelectric conversion power generation elements that convert into electrical energy (thermocouples, thermoelectron generating elements...)
This power generation element G is equipped with a converter 2.G which adjusts the voltage to a constant voltage regardless of the temperature of the heating element. The voltage E is adjusted by VL to the voltage E necessary to operate each circuit AMP1 to CPU and D. The urine pulse detection sensor S may be of a type that detects pulse vibration using a microphone or a type that detects fluctuations in pulse pressure, or other appropriate means. The voltage amplifier AMPI amplifies the minute detection signal from the pulse sensor S and outputs it as a digital or analog signal sufficient to operate the arithmetic circuit CPU. % operation starts the built-in clock circuit (not shown),
The number of pulse pulses to the arithmetic circuit CPU within a predetermined period of time (usually about several seconds) is counted, converted to the number of pulses per minute, and displayed on a digital display. The above-mentioned autoarterial pulse meter 10 includes:
Of course, the source of electrical energy may be found in the solar cell SG. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, when the thermoelectric conversion power generation cord G and the solar cell SG are arranged side by side, a switch Sw for both is provided, so that the type can be used for both purposes. In addition to the digital display, it may also be used in connection with an oscillograph OG for measuring 1gl of pulse waveforms.
