Claims (1)
- 被研磨面として円形内周面、円弧面又は突き当
て面を有する加工物を研磨する工具において、加
工物の外周部と側面部とを夫々受ける傾斜した底
面と背面を有し、所要の長さを有する傾斜案内具
と、該傾斜案内具の加工物の外周部を受ける底面
部に埋設され、加工物を滑りなく回転させる滑り
止め板部材と、前記加工物の側面部と前記傾斜案
内具の背面との間に設けられ、背面に対して回転
自在でかつ加工物と同調して前記底面を回転移動
する回転円板と、前記加工物の被研磨面に研磨圧
を加え、かつ加工物の回転移動方向に微小往復運
動しつつ移動する研磨砥石とを具備することを特
徴とする内面みがき工具。
