それぞれ金属芯材の正面図、底面図、断面図、第
５図は内燃機関吸気通路の概略図である。 図中、８は固定軸、９はアーマチユア、１５は
エンドケース、１６ａは金属圧入部、１６ｅは小
径部、１６ｆは大径部、１７は樹脂材、１７ａは
延長樹脂部、２１はＯ―リングである。

Claims (1)
- アーマチユア軸承用の固定軸が圧入固定される
圧入部と、電動機のケーシングに嵌着される外周
部とが形成せしめられる電動機のエンドケースで
あつて、該エンドケースを、圧入部と外周部とが
一体成形された金属芯材を樹脂材に介装せしめて
一体的に形成し、固定軸が金属芯材を介してケー
シングに支承固定されるように構成すると共に、
前記支承部にはケーシングに内接する部位よりも
外側位置に小径部を形成し、該小径部外周にまで
上記樹脂材を延長して被覆せしめ、エンドケース
とケーシングとの間に介装されるＯ―リングの嵌
め込み部を形成したことを特徴とする電動機のエ
ンドケース構造。
