The entire surface is packaged in a bag shape mainly using polyethylene film 1. In the figure, 2 is a raw rubber veil, and 3 is a hot sealing part.

Since the surface of the polyethylene film l is smooth, when the raw rubber hales 2 are stacked on each other without any gaps, the polyethylene films 2 are in close contact with each other, and the pallet 4
There was a problem in that it was very difficult to take out the hale 2 from the container, resulting in poor workability.

There is also a risk of the load collapsing.

It is necessary that the material has a low melting point and is inexpensive (for example, the above-mentioned polyethylene film) that can be melted during kneading.
From the viewpoint of the quality of such compounded rubber, it is not preferable to easily change to a material that has less mutual adhesion.

The rough surface (small protrusions) digs into adjacent items, causing physical snags and making them difficult to slip.

The thermoplastic resin film 10 has at least one side roughened by a known embossing method and has a large number of small protrusions 11. FIG. 3(A) shows a state in which only one side is roughened, and FIG. 3(B) shows a state in which both sides are roughened. The shape, size, density, etc. of the small protrusions (or irregularities) 11 are determined by the shape and weight of the packaged articles, and basically when packaged articles are stacked on top of each other, air is present between the films, or Any type of material may be used as long as the small protrusions bite into the adjacent article and cause it to get caught. For example, when packaging soft rubber heel that is prone to cold flow, such as butadiene rubber, which is a synthetic rubber, the embodiment shown in FIG. 4 may be used. The height of the small protrusion was made comparatively higher (for example, 6
0μ or more), the small protrusions will bite into the smooth surface of the adjacent hel, preventing the load from collapsing (see Table 1 below).

較実験した結果は次の通りであった。In this case, the veil can be easily taken out regardless of the height of the small protrusions. The reason is thought to be that the sliding friction coefficient becomes smaller due to the presence of air between the polyfilms. In addition, when packaging relatively hard synthetic rubber (for example, styrene/butadiene rubber/oil black masterbatch) made by pre-blending carbon/oil into a master hatch, for example, Figs. 4 and 6 or Figs. If the process is carried out in the manner shown in Fig. 7 and the height of the small protrusions is designed to be relatively low (for example, 10μ to 20μ), adjacent roughened films will slide well against each other and the bale will be easy to take out without dusting (see below). (See Table 2). In this case, the problem is related to the height of the small protrusions (the load is difficult to collapse. The reason is that the masterbatch itself is difficult to cold flow, and the protrusions of the film increase the coefficient of static friction. The results of a comparative experiment on workability (ease of removal from loading pallets) and storage (degree of prevention of cargo collapse) of raw rubber wrapped in polyethylene film and conventional polyethylene film with a smooth surface are as follows: Met.

The article 12 must be packaged so that the is located on the outside. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, one side of the article 12 is covered with a single-sided roughened film 10 with the rough surface facing outward, and the other side of the article 12 is covered with a conventional film 13 having a smooth surface, so that the entire article 12 is shaped like a bag. 特に好ましい。FIG. 5 shows a state in which both sides of the article 12 are covered with single-sided roughened films 10 with the roughened surfaces facing outward, and the article 12 is packaged in a bag shape as a whole. FIG. 6 shows a state in which one side of the article 12 is covered with a double-sided roughened film 10, the other side of the article 12 is covered with a conventional film 13 having a smooth surface, and the whole article is packaged in a bag shape. FIG. 7 shows a state in which both sides of the article 12 are wrapped with double-sided roughened films 10 in the form of a bag. In each figure, numeral 14 is a hot-sealed part by mechanical packaging. The embodiments shown in FIGS. 4 and 6 have the advantage that the brand of the packaged article, etc. can be displayed (printed) smoothly on the surface 13, and the embodiments shown in FIGS. When the packaged article 12 is raw rubber, especially synthetic rubber, the film 1 is caused by rubber flow (cold flow) during storage or handling.
Each is particularly preferred since it has the advantage of reducing the risk of zero damage.
