- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 主往復動ポンプの先端部にこの主往復動ポ
ンプのシリンダへ連通される貫通孔が穿設され、
ケミカルポンプとしての副往復動ポンプのシリン
ダの基端部開口部が前記貫通孔に嵌合して前記主
往復動ポンプのポンプ室へ連通され、弾性部材が
前記副往復動ポンプのプランジヤを前記主往復動
ポンプのプランジヤの方へ付勢しているケミカル
ポンプにおいて、前記副往復動ポンプの前記プラ
ンジヤに、前記主往復動ポンプ及び前記副往復動
ポンプのポンプ室間を連通する通孔が形成されて
いることを特徴とするケミカルポンプ。 (2) 前記通孔が前記副往復動ポンプの前記プラ
ンジヤの表面又は内部に一又は複数個形成されて
いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載のケミカルポンプ。
