ス放電管とこのガス放電管の両端側に設けられた
光共振器と上記ガス放電管に接続される循環管体
とこの循環管体およびガス放電管内に封入された
ガスレーザ媒質を循環させる送風手段と上記循環
しているガスレーザ媒質を冷却する冷却手段とを
備えたガスレーザ発振装置において、上記循環管
体は気密性を有しかつガス放電管の移動に追従可
能な可撓性を有する管体になることを特徴とする
ガスレーザ発振装置。 (2) 循環管体はガス放電管の高電位側の少くと
も一部が絶縁性を有することを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のガスレーザ発振装
置。 (3) ガス放電管の高電位側近傍に設けられた冷
却手段は外面が絶縁部材で形成されていることを
