体は気密性を有しかつガス放電管の移動に追従可
能な可撓性を有する管体になることを特徴とする
ガスレーザ発振装置。 (2) 循環管体はガス放電管の高電位側の少くと
も一部が絶縁性を有することを特徴とする実用新
