Conventionally, in this type of air conditioner, the condensed water generated in the evaporator is guided to the underside of the outdoor fan and scraped up by a slinger ring installed around the blade of the fan to form small droplets. However, the fins of the condenser are sprayed to cool the condenser.
The water-like condensed water that is blown to the side in the direction of rotation by the rotation of the slinger ring collides with the baffle plate and flows down onto the base along the inner surface of the baffle plate. Therefore, it is necessary to make effective use of this condensed water. It was something that I couldn't do.

An example of the present invention shown in the figure below will be explained.
Reference numeral 1 denotes an air conditioner main body, which is composed of an outer casing 2 and a base 3, and is divided into an indoor side A and an outdoor side B within the main body 1 by a partition plate 4. Reference numeral 5 denotes an evaporator disposed on the indoor side A facing the suction port, and below the evaporator there is a receiving tray 6 for receiving condensed water generated in the evaporator 5.
has been set up. 7 is an indoor fan installed behind the evaporator 5; 8 is a fan casing which together with the partition plate 4 forms an air guide path from the inlet to the outlet; 9 is a condenser installed on the outdoor side B; 13 is an outdoor fan for blowing air into the condenser 9 for air cooling, and a slinger ring 14 is provided around the entire circumference of the fan. 15 is outdoor fan 13
When the main body 1 is installed, the main body 1 is tilted slightly backward and the water reservoir part 6 is formed in the base 3 directly under the water reservoir.
Condensed water now flows in more naturally,
Moreover, the lower end of the slinger ring 14 is immersed. Reference numeral 16 denotes a baffle plate arranged so as to surround the outdoor fan 13 and the condenser 9;
On the side surface of the outdoor fan 13 in the rotational direction, the open end 18 is bent into a substantially L-shape and further abuts against the side plate 11 of the condenser 9 to provide one hairpin of the condenser 9. While forming a bag-shaped part 19 that covers the part 12, a plurality of slanted upwards along the condenser 9 side are formed to scatter water-like condensed water at the condensed water collision site by the slinger ring 14 on the same side. The protrusions 20 are integrally formed. The other open end 18' of the baffle plate 16 simply contacts the other side plate 11' of the condenser 9, and a bell mouth portion 17 for sucking outside air is formed at the center of the front surface thereof.
21 is an electric motor that drives the indoor fan 7 and outdoor fan 13, and 22 is a compressor.

Next, its effect will be explained. When the main body 1 is started, on the indoor side A, indoor air is sucked in through the suction port by the rotation of the indoor fan 7, passes through the evaporator 5, becomes cold air, and is discharged into the room from the blowout port. On the other hand, on the outdoor side B, air is blown to the condenser 9 by the rotation of the outdoor side fan 13 and is air-cooled. At this time, the condensed water generated in the evaporator 5 drips onto the saucer 6 and flows into the water reservoir 15. A portion of this condensed water is scraped up by the rotation of the slinger ring 14 and becomes small droplets, which are sprayed onto the fin portion 10 of the condenser 9 by the outdoor fan 13 to cool the condenser 9. In addition, most of the remaining water is blown off to the sides in the rotational direction of the slinger ring 14, but it collides with the protrusion 20 of the baffle plate 16 and moves toward the center and into the bag-shaped portion 1.
The condensed water is scattered in the form of small droplets in the slinger ring 14, and is scattered on the fins of the condenser 9 together with the condensed water directly scattered forward by the slinger ring 14, as well as on the hairpin part 12. Cool evenly.

In the above embodiment, a plurality of protrusions 20 for scattering condensed water are formed integrally with the baffle plate 16, but the invention is not limited to this. Separately formed air guide plate 16

As described above, in the present invention, a bag-shaped part is formed on the side surface of the air guide plate on the side in the rotation direction of the outdoor fan, and is located on the open end side and covers the hairpin part of the condenser.
Since the slinger ring is designed to scatter the condensed water at the site where the condensed water collides with the slinger ring, and is provided with a protrusion to guide a part of the condensed water to the bag-shaped part, conventionally the condensed water collides with the baffle plate and flows along the inner surface of the base. The condensed water flowing upward can be dispersed onto the fins and hairpins of the condenser by the projections. Therefore, the condensed water can be effectively distributed in a larger amount to the condenser, and the condensing capacity of the condenser can be further improved, thereby improving the refrigeration efficiency. Moreover, these can be made into an extremely simple configuration as described above.
