After setting the hollow body (103) in the cavity (102) formed by the cavity (102)
The inside of the hollow body (103) is filled with foam material (104), the foam material is foamed at a predetermined temperature, and a resin foam is integrally molded on the outside of the hollow body (103). Since the foam material is used as it is, there is a risk that a part of the hollow body (103) may be deformed by the pressure generated when the foam material is foamed, as shown in FIG.

In the embodiment, an opening (3a) is formed in a part of the hollow body (3), and a through hole (1a) for pressurized fluid such as pressurized air is formed in the mold (1) in advance. When the hollow body (3) is set between the molds (1) and (2), the opening (3a) should be aligned with the through hole (1a). When the setting is completed, the cavity (5) is filled with foam material, and pressurized fluid is supplied into the hollow body (3) through the through hole (1a) and the opening (3a) to The foam material is heated and foamed while the internal pressure of the body (3) is increased to form a hollow body (3) as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
