Abstract

PURPOSE:To know immediately a defective wiring part and a defective equipment without increasing a wiring takeoff terminal to an external device, by setting other frequency than a commercial frequency to one of wiring buses in a power distributing circuit wiring and an electric controlling circuit wiring so that an energizing state of a wiring in a circuit and an electric equipment can be detected. CONSTITUTION:A current of a different frequency f1 which has evaded a multiple of a commercial frequency is set onto V being one of two pieces of wiring buses U, V by a frequency transmitter or a frequency converter 1. A current of the frequency f1 passes through an external equipment (for instance, a solenoid valve, etc.) 2 from the wiring bus V and flows to a detector AMP 3. The detector AMP cuts off the commercial frequency by an LC resonance circuit, detects the frequency f1, and can discriminate an energizing state of an external wiring, and the external equipment 2 by an amplifier. Also, on the detector 3, for instance, lamps 4, 5 and 6 are provided so that a normal state, a disconnected state, and a short circuit state can be shown.

4. Means for Solving the Problems The method according to the present invention will be explained with reference to the circuit diagram in Figure 1. One of the two wiring buses N(U)(V) (■) is connected to a frequency oscillator or a frequency converter. (from 11 countries, the commercial frequency (50)h or 60Hz) with a different frequency (fl) avoided.
2, the current of frequency (fl) is the wiring bus (v)
It then passes through an external device (eg Wt&ii valve, etc.) (2) and flows to the detector (AMP) +3+. Detector CAh
lP) cuts off the commercial frequency by an LC resonant circuit,
Detects the frequency (fl) and connects external wiring and external tester (2)
It is possible to identify the energization state of the device using an amplifier. In addition, the detector (3) is equipped with a lamp (4+ (6i +61) in Figure 1, where (4) is in a normal state, +5+ is in a disconnected state,
+61 indicates a short circuit condition.

6. Effects of the Invention In the present invention, as described above, by applying a frequency current other than the commercial frequency to the distribution circuit wiring and the electric control circuit wiring to the wiring bus bar, the lamp (4) lights up during normal operation, and the lamp (4) lights up when the wiring breaks. (5) lights up to indicate an abnormality, and in the event of a short circuit, the lamp (6) lights up to indicate an abnormality, so simply installing a detector on each wiring can increase the number of wire extraction terminals for external devices. It is easy to install and immediately know about defective wiring and defective machines. Also, if the lamp malfunctions, a buzzer or
When inserted into the interlock circuit, equipment and equipment can be protected, and repairs and repairs can be made immediately, which is highly effective.
