るバイパスオイルフイルタにおいて、該フイルタ
エレメントはその外側に第１の空間部を形成する
ように該フイルタケース内に配設されるとともに
、該フイルタエレメントは円筒状の内側エレメン
トと、該内側エレメントの外周に配設される円筒
状の外側エレメントからなり、該内側エレメント
の内側部には第２の空間部が形成され、また上記
両エレメントの間には第３の空間部が設けられる
とともに該両エレメントの両端部は一対のエンド
プレートにより一体的に固定され、該フイルタケ
ースの該開口側に位置する一方のエンドプレート
には、該空間部に対向する位置に該アウトレツト
ポートに連通する排出口が形成されるとともに、
該一方のエンドプレートの中央部は液密に密閉さ
れており、他方のエンドプレートの中央部には透
孔が形成されてなり、該開口の周縁部よりフイル
タケース内に流入したオイルの一部が該外側エレ
メントを外側から内側へ、残部が該透孔を介して
