を屋壁Aの外面より一定の寸法だけ突出させると
屋壁Aの外面に沿つて生じる風圧帯にていずれの
方向の逆風でも給気を確保してその給排気が円滑
確実に行われるものである。5は給排気管の先端
部における給気管1と排気管2の間、すなわち、
給気通路6の開口端部6aに設けた軸方向に伸び
る筒状の防雨リングであり、また、7は給排気管
の先端部における排気管2の中、すなわち、排気
通路8の開口端部8aに設けた軸方向に伸びる幅
寸法の大きい筒状の防雨リングであつて、両防雨
リング5,7をそれぞれ間片9,10を介して給
排気管の先端部4,3に同心的に固定することに
よつて雨水が直接給排気トツプ内へ侵入するのを
妨げている。なお、防雨リング5,7の長さは強
い逆風により飛散して侵入する細かい水滴がこれ
らの表面に全て付着できる寸法として付着した水
滴を凝集流下させてそれぞれの開口端(開口端部
6a,8a)から滴下除去させ得るように構成し
