Recently, in city gas supply areas, gas quality is often changed due to the expansion of the gas company's service area or people moving, so there is a demand for a universal gas burner that can maintain good combustion even when the gas quality changes. It's starting to be done.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 1, a conventional universal gas burner has a burner head 4, which has a plurality of flame ports 5 provided on the upper surface of the burner body 3, which is made up of a ventilate tube 1 and a mixing chamber 2, and is integrated with the burner body 3. Since the air mixed with the gas is sucked only from the ventilate tube 1 as shown by arrow a, it is effective against gases such as LPG, which have poor diffusion with secondary air and are likely to cause red flames. In this case, it is necessary to increase the suction amount of primary air, and therefore the ventilate tube 1 must be made large. However, when such a gas burner uses city gas or the like which has good diffusion with the secondary air, there is a disadvantage that a large ventilate tube is wasted.

Furthermore, in order to stably burn a gas with lift properties, the combustion speed must be slowed down, and for this reason it is necessary to increase the area of a single flame hole. However, in the case of a gas with a high burning rate, if the area of a single flame hole is large, there is a risk of flashback when extinguishing the mixture, and if flashback occurs in the mixing pipe, it may cause a loud flashback sound, damage the gas burner, and even cause a fire. sexual and undesirable.

The present invention was made with the purpose of eliminating the above-mentioned drawbacks and providing a universal gas burner that can always perform stable combustion for various gases.
The gist of this is that the upper surface of the burner body, which is made up of a ventilator tube and a mixing chamber, is provided with a plurality of ejection holes with a diameter equal to or less than the extinguishing distance of the mixed gas, and a plurality of flame holes with a diameter larger than the holes are provided. A burner head is provided, one or more blow-off holes are positioned opposite each flame hole, and a primary air inflow gap is provided between the body and the head, and the body and the head are removably connected via a plurality of spacers. The temporary air suction amount can be adjusted by changing the height of the spacer, and a flame is formed at a flame port provided in the burner head.

3a is composed of a ventilator tube 1a and a mixing chamber 2a, and the flame extinguishing distance of the mixed gas (a diameter that does not cause backfire even if the flow velocity of the ejected gas is zero) is set on the upper surface of the chamber 2a.
The burner body is formed with a plurality of gas ejection holes 9 having the following diameters. Note that the above-mentioned flame-out distance is effective if it is based on a gas with the highest burning speed.

4a is a burner head section, and the head section 4a
As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the burner body 3 is
A flame hole 5a or 5b having a larger diameter than the mixed gas outlet 9 of the head part 4a is formed, and each single flame hole 5a of the head portion 4a has one outlet 9 as shown in FIG. , and the flame hole 5b has a plurality of ejection holes 9 (three) located opposite each other, as shown in FIG. 6
are spacers formed of a metal plate or the like and have an appropriate height and are provided on both short sides of the upper surface of the mixing chamber 2a in the burner body 3a. and the burner head portion 4a are removably connected by bolts or the like. A gap 7 for primary air inflow is provided on both sides of the long side between the burner body 3a and the burner head 4a.

That is, in order to apply it as a universal burner, for example, in the case of a manufactured gas with a high combustion rate, by replacing it with a spacer 6 having a lower height as shown in FIG. 5, the burner body 3a and burner head 4a can be separated. The gap 7 is narrowed to reduce the amount of temporary air flowing from the gap 7 to allow proper combustion. In addition, in the case of LPG gas having a slow combustion speed, the gap 7 between the burner body 3a and the burner head 4a can be enlarged by replacing the spacer 6 with a spacer 6 having a higher height as shown in FIG. The amount of air temporarily increases to ensure proper combustion. Therefore, the gap 7 can be adjusted freely by replacing the spacer 6.

In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, a gap is formed using a spacer, but the gap is not limited to this, and other methods may be used.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, primary air is sucked not only from the ventilate tube but also from the gap, so gases that require a large amount of primary air, such as LPG,
Even in these cases, good combustion without red flames can be obtained. Further, since the diameter of the flame hole is large, lift phenomenon can be prevented, and since the diameter of the mixed gas jet hole is set to be less than the flame extinction distance, backfire into the mixing chamber can be prevented. Further, the gap can be adjusted depending on the gas quality by changing the adjustment spacer.

The gas burner according to the present invention is extremely effective because it can maintain good combustion for any type of gas, is highly safe, and can be made compact.
