Similar problems also occurred in unsaturated polyester resin laminates.

Further, the unsaturated polyester resin used is usually one that is liquid or solid at room temperature when heated to λu.

When used as a mixed resin, the mixing ratio of the two may be arbitrary; however, in the case of making a laminate that takes advantage of the characteristics of the diallyl phthalate resin, 20% by weight of the diallyl phthalate resin is required even if it is not contained in the resin.

A suitable range is from 50 parts by weight.If it is less than 5 parts by weight, the effect of improving the surface properties which is the objective of the present invention cannot be sufficiently obtained;
If it exceeds a single base, the cured product will become too hard and brittle, and the resin will become sticky during processing, causing problems in workability.

This is achieved by impregnating an appropriate amount depending on the material, drying it, and then thermoforming the core using plywood, particle board, or paper impregnated with ordinary resin. Further, after the base material impregnated with the composition of the present invention is heated and cured, it can be laminated onto a metal plate such as an aluminum plate using a bonding agent.
